Project Purpose: Design a consolidated Undergraduate Pilot Training Center to combine all of Vance AFB’s Flying Training Squadrons and other support functions under one roof to mitigate current space constraints and infrastructure shortfalls and improve Vance’s ability to support modern pilot training demands.
